Legacy offers the following shipping options where available:

Standard Shipping — Free
Premium Shipping — USD $2.40

The available method and final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment. We do not advertise a fixed delivery time. Any estimate shown by a carrier, checkout or tracking page is informational and may change because of destination, customs, carrier operations, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Fulfillment origin

Products may be fulfilled directly by approved international suppliers and logistics partners, including facilities located in China. The dispatch location does not change your rights under our Return and Refund Policy.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Any amount not collected at checkout is the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For lost, damaged or returned packages, email us with your order number and supporting information so we can investigate.
