14-Day Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. To start a return, email contact@legacyluxwear.com before sending any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care items, underwear, earrings, customized products, gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will provide the approved return address and instructions by email.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.

European Union right of withdrawal

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Exchanges

To obtain another item, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
